Great service… house was in shambles after shady company ripped me off and stole my money. Daniel was great friendly and did great job on repairing my plumbing. I could not be happier and exactly what I need after being done so wrong. I will be using high 5 for all my plumbing needs!! High 5 to you Daniel!!!

I have used High 5 several times. Each time was a 5 Star customer service experience. I’m scheduled quickly & greeted with good people at my door. They communicate so much information before the plumber even gets to the house that I feel so comfortable & informed. I’m not used to this type of quality service in the plumbing world! From the initial call with Morgan, my entire experience with High 5 Plumbing was outstanding. Morgan scheduled my technician and was very accommodating to my schedule. My tech, Steven, was knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly pinpoint what was going on with my basement floor drain, walk me through the steps he needed to take to fix it, and how to care for it after it was complete. He finished in a flash, and everything is working better than it did before. It’s obvious Morgan and Steven enjoy what they do, and definitely put the customer first. Had a late afternoon leak that had to be fixed that night. High 5 had Steve there within 2 hours. There process is very efficient..texted me his picture and background for safety purposes which I really appreciated. High 5 Plumbing Inc. (Levi Torres) is the best. It was a tough job; he put in a stop and waste ball value in a tight spot. He was in and out in 1.5 hours. He charged us exactly what he paid for the parts he used. He was tied up at another job he came a little late to my house and compensated me without me making the request. He was courteous, very professionally and polite. We had other jobs around the house and he was able to recommend us some of his associates which we plan to call for estimates. The scheduler was prompt, accommodating and displayed perfect communication skills. I received and appointment confirmation directly to my cell phone right after hanging up. High 5 Plumbing helped us avoid catastrophe when our water heater sprung a leak. We noticed a problem when we were trying to get hot water to heat up our daughters bottle and only cold water came out. When we checked the water heater the pan was full of water and the pilot light was out because it flooded. It was after hours but we had a person out within a few hours to clean up and get a way to have hot water until we could get a replacement. The next day we had a new water heater! No flooded basement and back with hot water within a few hours. They are great to work with, good prices and very professional in their work. Highly recommend High 5!

James and Ryan were awesome! My water heater broke and leaked everywhere. They were able to get out to me within an hour and assess the situation. It ended in a new water heater but James was sure to explain all of the options available to me. I chose to replace it since it was so far out of warranty. Ryan arrived within the hour with my new water heater and they had it installed quickly. Really appreciate the hard work and responsiveness!

The professionalism was superior and the quality of the work was amazing.

High 5 worked to identify a leak in the basement under the foundation floor and where they identified the leak was (there was a 75 foot span where it could have been) when they broke out the jackhammer and busted out the concrete floor they were dead on and only had to tear up a foot. The professionalism that was shown on this project was superior and the quality of the work was amazing. Thanks High 5 for taking a very large job and making is as smooth as it was!
